App license

For downloads through the Apple App Store, the application license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different license is expressly supplied in the store. This page explains SoldNote’s product and service terms and does not replace that license.

Using your sales journal

SoldNote helps you record and review sales, refunds, products and events. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, lawful use of the app, and permission to store or share information about other people. Do not use the app for fraud, unlawful activity or infringement of others’ rights.

Summaries depend on your entries. SoldNote is not a bank, payment processor, tax filing service or professional accounting or legal adviser. Verify calculations and records before relying on them for business, tax or legal decisions.

Free and Pro

The app explains the available Free limits and Pro benefits before you purchase. Only features described as available in the app are included. Planned features, including cloud sync or automatic payment reconciliation, are not a purchase promise.

When Pro subscriptions are offered, Apple displays the actual localized price, billing period and purchase terms before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account settings under Apple’s terms. You can manage cancellation in Settings and use Restore Purchases in SoldNote. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests for Apple purchases are handled by Apple.

If Pro expires, your existing records remain readable and editable, and refunds and basic exports remain available. Free limits may apply to adding new sales or catalog products. Canceling does not itself delete your records.

Local storage and backups

Your sales journal and catalog photos are stored on your device. SoldNote does not provide automatic cloud sync or recovery of your local journal. Export a backup before deleting the app, resetting your device or transferring devices, and keep backups somewhere you control. Deleting app data can permanently remove records that were not backed up.

Seller payment links

Saved Stripe links belong to the seller and open an external payment service. Use these links only for lawful physical goods or services consumed outside the app. Do not use them to unlock SoldNote digital features or bypass App Store billing.

You are responsible for your seller account, link destination, goods or services, customer communications, payment verification, taxes and refunds. SoldNote does not automatically confirm an external payment or create a sale from it. Stripe and the seller’s terms govern those transactions.

Availability and your rights

App behavior and external services can change, and errors or interruptions can occur. SB APPS does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of records entered by users. The warranties, limitations and other license provisions in Apple’s Standard EULA apply where applicable. Nothing on this page removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains local records, purchase processing and support messages. We may revise these terms as SoldNote evolves and will update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated when applicable requirements call for it.
